Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer in Singapore.

The role covers end-to-end desktop incident management, imaging, and premium deskside support across a corporate environment. You will handle hardware break-fix, software deployments, and security compliance while coordinating with the ITSM tools and vendor teams. Work 5 days a week from 8:30am to 6pm, with salary range SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,500 per month.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot techniques.
Experience with SCCM and Software Center for software deployment.
Hands-on replacement of batteries and hardware break-fix (Dell).
Experience with Intune, AD and BitLocker management.
Experience with Outlook administration.
Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM.
Experience with Humanscale troubleshooting and site-level VIP support.
Experience in engineering firms or large companies.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
Perform hard- and soft-break fix for laptops/desktops.
Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at customer sites.
Maintain desktop configurations, patching, and hardware replacements.
Analyze service desk calls to identify user training needs and automation opportunities.
Ensure correct desktop images are installed on devices.
Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktops and act on non-compliance.
Provide VIP deskside support and be the site IT point of contact when needed.
