Celecti Pte Ltd, on behalf of a leading global manufacturer of motion and control technologies, seeks an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Planner to join the team in Singapore. You will oversee demand planning and inventory replenishment for Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, and develop stocking strategies to optimise inventory availability and fulfilment efficiency.

The role drives Kanban and VMI implementations, monitors stock performance, and collaborates with Sales, Customer

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years of planning experience is required.
Hands-on experience with Kanban replenishment/pull systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee demand planning and inventory replenishment for Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Develop stocking strategies to optimise inventory availability and fulfilment efficiency.
Drive the implementation of Kanban and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programmes.
Monitor inventory performance and maintain inventory-to-sales ratios below 10%.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Procurement to resolve supply challenges.
Analyse inventory trends and implement improvements in replenishment and stock planning.
Lead initiatives to reduce excess, aging and slow-moving inventory across ASEAN.
Manage regional inventory reporting and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with Sales teams and OEM customers to develop tailored inventory solutions.
Engage customers to understand business needs and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain performance and service delivery.
