Job summary

Celestica Electronics (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned Supply Chain/Planning leader to drive site inventory strategies and metrics. You will manage a team of direct and indirect resources, align planning vision across functions, and contribute to regional/global assignments.

The role requires 7+ years in planning/PM and a strong background in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on improving turns and cash flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
7+ years of related experience or equivalent.
5+ years in PM, PLC, Change Mgmt and NPI preferred.
Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing and planning.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Drives team to manage material shortages to ensure Clear to Builds with Purchasing and SLM Team.
Liaises between customer project management and internal departments on new product requirements.
Ensures timely and accurate demand management (if the demand is managed by the Planning Team at your Site).
Maintains proper Excess, Surplus and Obsolete inventory.
Identifies impact of excess/obsolescence and drives actions to mitigate it.
Collaborates with different stakeholders to achieve Inventory Entitlement targets and drive results.
