Job summary

HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead production and material planning in our Singapore operations.

The role requires coordinating demand and supply with internal teams and CM partners to ensure smooth manufacturing and on-time customer fulfillment. You will optimize inventory, manage ERP/MRP data using SAP/Oracle and Excel, and present insights to management with clear visuals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of production/materials planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and material planning schedules.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory control to optimize working capital.
• Identify and mitigate E&O risks with stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives in supply chain.
• Utilize SAP/Oracle and Excel to analyze data.
• Prepare management presentations with data visuals.
• Communicate with internal teams and CM partners for alignment.
• Support ad-hoc requests and urgent needs from management.
