Job summary

Clarist Resources Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for Inventory Planning & Management to oversee stock planning, replenishment, and optimisation across its retail network in Southeast Asia.

You will balance stock availability with working capital and business performance. The role requires a diploma or degree in supply chain or related fields and at least 5 years in inventory planning, merchandise planning, or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and replenishment across the retail network in SEA.
• Analyse sales trends and inventory levels to develop effective plans.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment for stores.
• Identify slow-moving or excess stock and propose action plans.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail Ops, Warehouse and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory performance for management.
