Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Demand Fulfilment Planner for Southeast Asia+ to lead supply planning, replenishment, and inventory activities across the region. The role ensures product availability and service levels while coordinating with global and regional teams to balance supply and demand.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in supply planning or inventory roles, with knowledge of SAP and planning tools. Regional experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment planning, customer service, or related roles.
• Experience in regional or multi-country environments is advantageous.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply and replenishment plans to support demand requirements.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Planning and manufacturing sites on supply-related activities.
• Monitor inventory and supply availability and escalate potential risks in a timely manner.
• Support implementation of supply recovery and mitigation plans during supply constraints.
• Support product launches, transitions, and end-of-life planning activities.
• Manage inventory planning activities for assigned product portfolios.
• Perform regular inventory reviews and address shortages, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare supply outlooks, inventory reports, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Support alignment of supply priorities and allocation decisions.
• Escalate significant supply issues to management as appropriate.
