Job summary

Databricks seeks a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical strategy across key customers, partnering with sales and field engineering to accelerate Databricks adoption.

You will lead technical accounts, coordinate multi-team delivery, and build executive relationships to ensure success and value realization. The role is hybrid, requiring strong communication at all levels and the ability to deliver production-grade solutions while guiding customers through complex journeys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role.
• Mandarin proficiency for Greater China collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and production deployment of workloads.
• Manage executive relationships and orchestrate internal resources.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
