Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time-management and ability to multi-task required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Good phone etiquette and customer-facing skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and multiple software tools.
