You will lead analyses, presentations for senior executives, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives across clients and processes, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and strategic value.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for RMS clients, providing expert consultation on data interpretation and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing strategic business decisions.
• Deliver high-impact analyses and executive-level presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with commercial and account teams to identify client expansions and support renewals.
• Establish quality standards and analytical best practices to ensure delivery excellence.
• Lead regular business reviews to monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction.
