Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner to lead sales and renewals within a non-FMCG portfolio, focusing on Financial Services and Tech sectors. You will build a healthy pipeline, identify new revenue streams, and partner with Customer Success to execute account plans and JBPs.

You will collaborate across teams to expand client relationships, forecast accurately, and align solutions with market needs, while fostering a growth mindset and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in non-FMCG sectors (Financial Services/Tech/Telco/Automobile).
Strong understanding of consumer market intelligence products and services.
Experience in consumer insights market research agency is a plus.
Proven sales skills and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts, securing pipeline and forecasting.
Develop a complete understanding of customer industry and markets.
Partner with Customer Success to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
Collaborate with teams to ensure client satisfaction and expand relationships.
Capture Voice of Customer feedback and escalate product needs.
Identify new budget holders and growth opportunities.
