Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of CQE work experience in semiconductor or silicon photonics chip industry.
• Familiar with silicon photonics chip performance, production process and quality standards.
• Master customer complaint handling processes and quality tools (8D, 5Why).
• Good service awareness and ability to manage customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for customer quality docking and feedback handling for silicon photonics chips.
• Lead investigation and analysis of customer complaints with PQE and design to identify root causes and CAPA.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into internal production and testing requirements.
• Conduct regular customer quality follow-up visits and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audits and track rectifications of non-conformities to ensure audit pass.
