Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage product quality from the customer perspective and to act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.

The CQE focuses on customer complaints, quality incidents, audits, and continuous improvement, translating customer expectations into actionable quality and engineering activities. You will collaborate across manufacturing, process engineering, QA/IPQA, and supply chain to drive timely

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of QA, Data Analyst, or similar experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main contact for customer quality issues and communicate status clearly.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for customers and management.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA/IPQA, and Supply Chain.
• Support customer audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
