Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Credit Documentation to join the Credit Documentation & Administration team on a 12-month contract.

You will support a major corporate banking portfolio migration project by preparing, reviewing and coordinating credit and security documentation, working closely with Legal, Credit and external solicitors to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Law or related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant corporate credit documentation, loan operations, credit administration or banking legal support.
• Exposure to Mid-Corporate or Large-Corporate lending facilities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; familiarity with AI-assisted tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Legal, Credit, Business and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Extract, review and reconcile credit and security document inventories for in-scope accounts.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of novation documents, deeds of assignment, security amendments and other instruments.
• Liaise with Legal, Relationship Managers, Credit teams and external solicitors to resolve non-standard documentation.
• Coordinate customer signing arrangements and verify execution requirements.
• Monitor filing deadlines to ensure security perfection and timely completion.
• Identify and track documentation exceptions and post-migration rectification tasks.
