Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented documentation specialist to manage credit and security documents. The role involves reviewing, scanning, organizing for legal review, and maintaining accurate inventories of collateral records.

You will liaise with Legal, Relationship Managers, Credit teams and external solicitors to facilitate document execution, sign-off, and post-migration rectifications, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with credit documentation and migration projects.
• Ability to maintain accurate document records and indexing.
• Strong coordination skills across Legal, Credit, and Relationship teams.
• Attention to detail in handling executed documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile credit and security documents against records.
• Retrieve, scan and organise documents for legal review.
• Maintain account inventories and document trackers.
• Identify gaps, missing originals and expired documents.
• Prepare novation letters and other credit docs using templates.
• Liaise with Legal, Relationship Managers and other teams to execute documents.
• Coordinate customer signings and verify signatories and resolutions.
• Follow up on outstanding signatures and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate registration and amendment of security interests.
• Update collateral systems and repositories with accurate records.
• Rectify post-migration documentation discrepancies until closure.
• Maintain rectification trackers and report progress to management.
• Attend to audit, compliance, and regulatory queries related to credit docs.
• Perform other duties related to the credit documentation migration exercise.
