Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management in Singapore seeks a Head of Credit Documentation to lead a team that prepares, reviews and finalizes complex credit documentation for high-net-worth clients. You will ensure control and compliance while delivering a seamless client experience.

The role requires 10+ years in Private Banking credit risk with deep Lombard, insurance, mortgage and structured lending knowledge, plus strong leadership and regulatory understanding for Singapore and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Private Banking credit risk with deep knowledge of credit documentation (Lombard, Insurance, Mortgage, Structured lending).
• Good knowledge of regulatory framework in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Strong legal interpretation abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize Lombard and bespoke credit documentation.
• Work with Internal Legal to approve templates and manage documentation matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external solicitors to keep documentation on track.
• Monitor and report documentation status, lodgment, and perfection of collateral.
• Review and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies during documentation.
• Support credit documentation queries from Front Office and assist with regulatory reporting (MAS 610, MAS Survey, TBGS).
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
