Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to manage corporate credit documentation post-migration. You will extract, reconcile and organize all security and credit files, ensuring accuracy before sharing with legal teams.

The role involves retrieval, scanning, and precise documentation execution for cases transitioning to a new entity. You will coordinate re-registration or amendments of security interests and compile an exception list of items remaining after go-live.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a law-related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate credit documentation, loan operations or banking legal support.

Responsibilities

• Extract and reconcile the full inventory of existing credit and security documents.
• Retrieve and scan the credit and security documents of affected cases for sharing with the lawyers.
• Documentation preparation and execution.
• Arrange re-registration or amendment of security interests in the name of the new entity.
• Compile the post-migration exception list of documentation deficiencies, mismatches and outstanding items identified after go-live.
