Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a credit professional on a 12-month contract based at Raffles Place to prepare and review credit papers for new and existing clients.

You will support end-to-end credit processes, monitor covenant compliance, liaise with Legal and product teams, and assist relationship managers in building client opportunities through sound financial analysis and credit writing.

Qualifications

• Credit-related experience in Corporate Banking or Commercial Banking is advantageous.
• Good analytical and credit evaluation skills with ability to interpret financial data including cashflow projection and analysis.
• Experience in credit writing as this role requires writing of credit papers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive credit applications, annual reviews, credit assessments and related approval papers for new and existing clients, including financial analysis, risk assessment, industry evaluation and credit recommendation.
• Support end-to-end credit processes including approvals, documentation and post-approval monitoring.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit and support units to ensure timely completion of documentation and fulfilment of approval conditions.
• Monitor covenant compliance, review due dates and portfolio quality.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters including loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixing, approvals and reporting.
• Liaise with customers, product partners and internal stakeholders to provide seamless client servicing and transaction execution.
• Support relationship managers in managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
