Job summary

Qualifications

• Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in banking, customer service, or contact centre operations is an advantage
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to corporate customers through calls, emails, written correspondence, and digital channels to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond accurately to customer enquiries within required service turnaround times to maintain service standards
• Process customer requests and transactions following bank policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by documenting and following up to achieve timely resolution
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements to protect customer data
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and self-service channels to enhance customer knowledge and usage
• Utilize banking systems and tools effectively to support daily operations and improve service delivery
• Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets to contribute to team and organizational goals
• Participate in training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures for continuous improvement
• Stay informed of industry developments and competitor offerings to provide relevant information to customers and support business competitiveness
