OCBC is seeking a highly organized professional to support the Global Corporate Banking Division’s governance, operations and strategic initiatives. You will coordinate governance documents, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across Singapore and international offices.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, project execution, and robust governance, with exposure to front office, operations, technology and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in banking, risk management or project management will be advantageous.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Middle Office, Business Management, Operations, or Banking Governance functions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and drive division-wide operational improvement initiatives across Global Corporate Banking, Operations & Technology, and Risk.
• Coordinate governance documentation, reviews and dashboards to support service reviews and SLIs.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, risk controls and remediation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Front Office, Operations, Technology and Risk.
