Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a regulatory compliance professional to join the Risk Governance and Conduct team. You will ensure consumer banking compliance and advise on cross‑border marketing rules while collaborating with business partners to implement strong controls and digitalisation efforts.

You will train staff on regulatory requirements, maintain relationships across defence lines, and prepare management reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree holders aspiring to develop a career in risk management.
• Audit, compliance or risk management experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise business partners on regulatory compliance matters.
• Engage the business to pre‑empt market conduct risk and cross‑border issues.
• Collaborate with partners to operationalise regulatory requirements and digitalisation projects.
• Conduct training to staff on regulatory and operational requirements for sale of investment products.
• Prepare management reports to update senior management.
