Job summary

The role emphasizes end-to-end process reviews, control testing, and governance reporting to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in operations, risk management, governance, audit, compliance, process review, or control testing.
• Strong documentation and writing skills for SOPs, audit responses, management updates, and governance papers.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and governance framework within Card Operations with a focus on IT initiatives.
• Review onboarding workflows to identify gaps and improve controls.
• Update SOPs, process maps, checklists and control documentation.
• Coordinate across Operations, Business Units, Product, Compliance, Risk, IT and other stakeholders.
