Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a corporate banking client servicing professional to support the growth of our corporate clients. You will work with Relationship Managers to provide seamless transactional services and ensure an excellent client experience.

The role requires organization, the ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail to mitigate risks while delivering timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in client servicing and/or operations within banking is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Daily fixing of loan rates with clients within the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor daily excesses and manage transaction exceptions (GIRO, cheques).
• Handle inquiries and requests for loan drawdown, rollovers, repayments, deposits, transfers and FX.
• Update account mandates and facilitate trade-related transactions.
• Manage dormant accounts, undelivered mails, callback process with Relationship Managers.
• Handle audit confirmations and bank reference letters.
• Perform system updates (e.g., C2C).
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operations tasks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver superior client service.
