Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Corporate Banking client servicing professional to support growth of corporate clients. You will work with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth transactional services, addressing inquiries and processing loans, deposits, and transfers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, time management and stakeholder collaboration for a superior client experience. The position offers a competitive salary and holistic benefits, with opportunities for learning and career development

Qualifications

Diploma holder with 2–3 years in client servicing/operations within banking preferred.
Independent, fast learner able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Strong written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Daily fixing of loan rates with clients within the portfolio.
Monitor daily excesses and handle transaction exceptions (GIRO, cheques).
Attend to client inquiries on loan drawdown, deposits, transfers, FX and statements.
Manage account mandates and trade-related transactions.
Address dormant accounts, undelivered mail, calls-back process; review contacts with RM.
Handle audit confirmations/bank reference letters and system updates.
Support ad-hoc projects, reporting and general operations.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver superior client service.
