Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a highly motivated professional to support the Global Corporate Banking Division's operational governance, business management, and strategic initiatives.

You will act as a central coordination point across Global Corporate Banking, Operations & Technology, Operational Risk Management, and International Offices to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and process excellence. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills, project execution capabilities, and a solid understanding of corporate banking operations and risk controls.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a drive for delivering results.
• Experience coordinating across multiple offices and functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive division-wide operational improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of regulatory and market-driven initiatives, including industry reforms.
• Lead cross-functional projects/initiatives involving Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or efficiency enhancements.
• Facilitate discussions between Banking business units and support functions to implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare governance documentation and dashboards to monitor performance.
