• 6–10 years in Corporate Banking, Middle Office, Operations or Governance.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, processes and controls.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and regulatory initiatives in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate division-wide operational improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory and market-driven initiatives, including industry reforms.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Front Office, Operations, Technology and Risk teams.
• Identify process improvements and potential automation opportunities.
• Facilitate discussions between banking units and support functions to implement strategic initiatives.
