Candidates should have at least 8 years of contract management experience, preferably in the shipping or offshore oil and gas industry, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management within shipping/marine industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations and claims management.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual advice throughout project phases.
• Manage claims, disputes, and resolutions.
• Conduct contract familiarization workshops with PMT.
