Job summary

You will independently manage the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and expiry—and work with legal counsel and business teams to mitigate risks. With 8+ years in contracts, you will maintain templates, trackers and internal controls, and guide junior colleagues while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contracts management experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• In-house legal or commercial experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Manage contracts through lifecycle: approvals, execution, amendments, renewals and terminations.
• Identify risks and advise on terms, obligations and approval requirements.
• Maintain contract templates, trackers and repositories.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other advisers when required.
