Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Contracts professional to support drafting, review, and management of reinsurance agreements in Singapore. You will work with Underwriting, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, well-documented contracts.

The role involves updating templates, developing guidance materials, and handling lifecycle activities from execution to archiving, with emphasis on regulatory alignment and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in contract management or legal documentation; insurance/reinsurance preferred.
• Familiarity with drafting and administering commercial or reinsurance contracts using templates.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management incl. novation and portfolio transfers.
• Knowledge of Singapore legal/regulatory requirements; elevate issues appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborate with underwriting, sales, operations and legal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain reinsurance contracts using templates and standards.
• Review master contract templates to reflect regulatory and business needs.
• Assist in developing standardised contractual templates for consistency.
• Ensure quality and completeness of contractual documents throughout lifecycle.
• Provide contractual guidance to operations, underwriting, and sales teams.
