Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contract management function for large-scale construction projects.

Based at the Changi Project Office, you will drive tendering, negotiations, and commercial oversight to ensure profitable outcomes. You will mentor the contracts team, manage risks, and collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record leading contract teams and tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards. Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve project goals.
• Allocate resources to ensure high performance in contract administration and tendering.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain contracts records and document registers.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Direct preparation, review, and submission of tenders for new projects.
• Analyze tender documents to identify risks/opportunities and develop competitive bids.
• Support strategic growth by securing profitable projects.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out.
• Engage stakeholders to build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors.
