Job summary

EXPERTISE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Legal and Contract Executive to support day-to-day legal, contract, procurement, and administrative matters in Singapore. The role involves reviewing and drafting agreements, legal research, procurement coordination, contract administration, and document management.

You will liaise with stakeholders and help mitigate risks. The ideal candidate has a recognised Commonwealth law degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in technology contracting

Qualifications

• Recognised law degree from a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• At least 1 year experience in data protection, data-sharing, IP, or technology contracting.
• Experience in commercial agreements, contract administration, procurement support, project coordination, or legal operations is preferred.
• Public sector experience across ministries or statutory boards is advantageous.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating service agreements, NDAs, procurement, and operating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate routine to moderately complex agreements, including service agreements and NDAs.
• Provide procurement support and coordinate tender documents and responses.
• Maintain contract records, trackers and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Prepare legal notes and stakeholder briefings; escalate high-risk matters as needed.
