Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Management professional to draft, review, and maintain reinsurance contracts using approved templates. You will ensure documentation standards, reflect regulatory changes, and keep master templates up to date.

You will provide contractual guidance to underwriting and sales, customize clauses, and support portfolio transfers, lifecycle management, and digital tooling adoption while collaborating with Legal and Operations in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; legal background advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in contract management, documentation, or contractual support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain reinsurance contracts using approved templates and standards.
• Provide contractual guidance to underwriting and sales; draft and tailor regulatory clauses and non-standard agreements.
• Support portfolio transfers and contract lifecycle management including novations and cross-border considerations.
• Deliver legal and contractual research and liaise with the Legal function as needed.
• Assist in developing contract management tools, documentation workflows, and digital tooling adoption.
• Support daily Contract Management operations and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
