Job summary

ws engineering & fabrication pte. ltd. seeks an experienced contracts professional in Singapore to manage pre- and post-award contract activities. You will review tender documents, draft and summarize contracts, liaise with internal stakeholders for approvals, and support procurement and insurance-related tasks.

You will also draft letters to vendors and customers, review claims, and maintain the contract database while performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years related contract management experience.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or related quantity surveying qualification.
• Experience reviewing tender documents, contracts, and confidentiality agreements and liaising with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, contracts, and confidentiality agreements to protect company interests.
• Provide contract summaries and highlight key clauses for project teams.
• Ensure contract documents are approved and signed by authorised persons.
• Liaise with customers on submission of contractual documents.
• Assist in procurement and issuing bank guarantees or other guarantees.
• Draft letters to vendors and customers and review vendor/customer claims.
• Support insurance matters including liaising with brokers and claims handling.
• Maintain contract database and assist with ad-hoc duties.
