Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage large-scale projects with contract values exceeding $100 million. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, 12 years of relevant experience, and a strong proficiency in contract law and Standard Forms of Contract. Responsibilities include managing the tender process, contract compliance, and monitoring project budgets. The position offers a competitive salary up to $8500 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 12 years of relevant experience is required with at least 4 years in similar positions.
• Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS).
• Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
• Background in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in projects with a contract value in excess of $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Tender process.
• Review contract documents.
• Cost, change and claim management.
• Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
• Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
• Monitor and manage project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
• Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
