Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience working on large-scale development projects.
• Knowledge of public/private sector procedures and procurement requirements is advantageous.
• Experience in managing mega-scale projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project team in planning and managing construction works for RWS 2.0 Expansion.
• Coordinate progress of work on site with various business units and consultants.
• Carry out pre-qualification and tender evaluation processes for project contractors.
• Ensure projects comply with legal requirements by liaising with regulatory agencies.
• Oversee planning and implementation of assigned new build developments.
