Job summary

Mercer Singapore is seeking a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst based in our Singapore office. You will manage end-to-end client accounts and lead broad-based rewards projects across job evaluation, salary structure design, incentive schemes, and performance management.

You will guide teams, mitigate risks, and develop expertise in compensation trends for Singapore, including executive compensation benchmarks and leadership incentives, delivering high-quality analyses for clients.

Qualifications

• Broad-based rewards experience in consulting and/or in-house roles.
• Executive compensation expertise is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals and project outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client account management.
• Deliver/support broad-based rewards projects (job evaluation, salary structure, incentive design, STI, performance management).
• Facilitate and lead decision-making to move projects forward.
• Manage risks and enforce change control processes.
• Guide analysts in project teams and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise and viewpoints on Singapore reward trends.
• Identify and implement standards of delivery excellence.
• Support executive compensation projects (board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting, benchmarking).
