You will deliver solutions in job evaluation, salary structure design, incentive design, performance management, and executive compensation benchmarking, while guiding junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Broad-based rewards experience in consulting or in-house roles.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for end-to-end client account management.
• Deliver and support delivery of broad-based rewards projects across job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design, and performance management.
• Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion.
• Manage and mitigate risks and ensure a change control process is in place.
• Guide analysts in project teams in technical aspects and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise and point of view within the allocated industry and rewards trends for Singapore.
• Identify, implement, and ensure consistent standards of delivery excellence.
• Support delivery of executive compensation projects across board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting, and benchmarking.
