Job summary

Mercer Careers is seeking a Principal, Rewards Advisory based in Singapore to lead end-to-end delivery for complex client accounts. You will translate business strategy into compensation and total rewards solutions, design advanced reward structures, and oversee executive compensation engagements.

You will mentor and develop teams, manage governance and risk, and drive revenue growth through proposals and client relationships. Hybrid work with global opportunities and senior stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in total rewards/compensation consulting and/or relevant leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage a P&L or revenue portfolio and expand engagements.
Deep knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures, STI/LTI design.
Experience advising senior executives and boards on compensation matters.
Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery and commercial ownership of multiple client accounts.
Act as primary advisor translating business strategy into rewards solutions.
Design and oversee reward solutions including salary structure and incentive architecture.
Lead executive compensation engagements: benchmarking and pay-for-performance frameworks.
Drive governance, risk mitigation, and change control for projects.
Set technical standards and review analyses and client presentations.
Mentor managers and analysts; develop succession plans.
Lead business development, proposals, and client relationship expansion.
Represent Mercer externally at events and in publications.
