Job summary

Mercer Careers is seeking a Principal, Rewards Advisory based in Singapore. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client accounts, translating business strategy into compensation and total rewards solutions.

Oversee job evaluation, salary structures, STI/LTI design and executive compensation frameworks for global and local clients. Applicants should bring extensive rewards consulting experience, proven P&L management, strong governance, and leadership capabilities to mentor teams and grow client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in total rewards/compensation consulting.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a P&L or revenue portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures and STI/LTI design.
• Strong client presence and influencing skills; advising senior executives/boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and commercial ownership of multiple client accounts across industries.
• Act as trusted advisor translating strategy into compensation and total rewards solutions.
• Design and oversee advanced reward solutions including salary structure and STI/LTI architecture.
• Lead executive compensation engagements including benchmarking and pay-for-performance frameworks.
• Drive project governance and sign-off analyses and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop managers and analysts and own succession planning.
• Lead business development, pursue strategy and expand client relationships.
