JUSTCO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate (Community) to join their team in Singapore. The role offers hands-on experience in customer service, centre operations, and events management within a vibrant coworking space.

You will be responsible for welcoming members and guests, assisting in day-to-day operations, and supporting community events that foster connections among members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Support the move-in and move-out processes for members.
• Assist in day-to-day centre operations and facilities management.
• Perform administrative support such as manning the reception and handling invoices.
• Support planning and execution of community events.
