Job summary

JustCo is seeking a hospitality-focused team member for its Community team in Singapore. You will welcome members and guests, delivering a warm, premium hospitality experience while building relationships with corporate clients and professionals.

You'll coordinate move-in/out experiences, work with internal teams and vendors, support events, and handle administrative tasks to keep the centre running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, guest relations, concierge or customer service.
• A genuine passion for creating great guest/customer experiences, with a professional and polished service approach.
• Confident communicator with good spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with administrative and coordination work.
• Monday–Friday office hours — no shift work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with members, visitors and guests, delivering a warm and premium hospitality experience.
• Build relationships with members and manage their enquiries, requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate members’ move-in and move-out experiences, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve requests and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
• Support member events, community activities and JustCo initiatives to strengthen member engagement.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
