Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.

We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate (Community) position in Singapore.

This job offers hands‑on experience in customer service, centre operations, administrative coordination, and events management in a dynamic coworking environment. You’ll build professional skills in communication, operations management, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour, and assist in responding to basic queries about our products, services, and policies.
• Support the move‑in and move‑out processes for members ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well‑kept and functional.
• Perform administrative support such as manning the reception, answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing.
• Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members.
