Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial/Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related roles.
• Experience in enterprise software or B2B technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing, PO, order booking, and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial operations, order management, partner ops, and business reporting.
• Maintain CRM discipline and data quality; support forecast processes.
• Provide weekly/monthly business reporting to management.
• Coordinate pricing, discounts, and commercial approvals; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage office and workspace operations for Singapore site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management on cross-functional initiatives.
• Improve workflows in Salesforce and document key processes.
