Job summary

600 salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Operations professional to optimize the partner ecosystem and deliver scalable, compliant processes. You will own end-to-end partner operations, onboarding, deal support, and data integrity across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to drive automation, SOP development, and KPI monitoring, ensuring a best-in-class partner experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
• Operational discipline with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in technology or SaaS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partner operational processes including onboarding and deal support.
• Serve as primary operational contact for partner inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain reseller account setup and data integrity across systems.
• Drive improvements through automation and system enhancements.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve governance and scalability.
