Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for ES – APJC-ASEAN. Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
• Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level)

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
• Develop trusting relationships with customers understanding their business needs and technical challenges
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with customer obsession
• Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales Account Managers
• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics and prelaunch planning
• Be part of a wider Enterprise Support team offering post-sales consultative expertise
• Help customers migrate workloads to the cloud and uplift capabilities through workshops
