Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide consultative architectural and operational guidance that maximizes customer value from AWS. You will work with customers across APJC-ASEAN to design, deploy, and operate secure cloud solutions.

You’ll mentor teams, deepen product knowledge, and drive strategic initiatives while managing complex customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more domains (compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Ensure AWS environments are healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships and understand customer business needs and challenges.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Collaborate with AWS teams and partners across roles.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional customer value.
