Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support in APJC-ASEAN. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding cloud architecture, operational strategy, and launch readiness across global AWS regions.

Qualifications

7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
7+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment (preferred).
Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Assess environments for architectural risks and scaling constraints; plan for business continuity.
Collaborate with account teams, Solutions Architects, and service teams to resolve issues and drive product improvements.
Analyze operational metrics and deliver reviews to strengthen security posture, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Contribute to knowledge base, SOPs, and reusable automation, and mentor other TAMs.
