Qualifications

7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
7+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, advising on cloud architecture and launch readiness across global AWS regions.
Assess customer environments for architectural risks and scaling constraints; build actionable plans for 24/7 uptime and unpredictable demand.
Collaborate with account teams, Solutions Architects, and AWS service teams to resolve complex issues and drive product improvements.
Analyze operational metrics and deliver periodic performance reviews to leadership, highlighting security, cost efficiency and reliability.
Contribute to knowledge base, SOPs, and reusable automation; mentor other Technical Account Managers.
