Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager, ES – APJC-ASEAN to provide consultative architectural guidance, engage with customers across Singapore, and drive successful cloud adoption. You will mentor teams, manage incidents, and help customers optimize their AWS environments while expanding their use of services.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in distributed systems.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers.
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusted relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Consult with partners from developers to CXO level.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales Account Managers.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional value from AWS.
Provide post-sales consultative expertise and reviews of service disruptions and prelaunch planning.
