Google is seeking aTechnical Account Manager (TAM) in Singapore to guide executive stakeholders through cloud adoption, orchestrating strategic and technical transformation programs across enterprise customers.

You will drive successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, coordinating across product, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer success on Google Cloud products and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with executive stakeholders, managing technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in supporting enterprise customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey; provide technical guidance and manage milestones, migration goals, and transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development; lead across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps; lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success during critical moments; guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
