Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Google Cloud Consulting in Singapore. You will leverage customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help customers adopt Google Cloud products and guide them through cloud transformation journeys.

You will lead successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, engage with executives of large enterprises, and work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, strategy, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and managing timelines, milestones, and migration goals.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across workstreams.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver roadmaps; lead quarterly reviews.
• Plan events and launches with Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure success and guide escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
